LOSS OR THEFT OF PACKAGE
Important Notice Regarding Shipped Packages
Once your package leaves our warehouse and its status changes to "Processed," we can no longer be held responsible in the event of loss or theft.
If such an issue occurs, we kindly ask you to contact the shipping company directly and file a claim with their customer service.
We recommend keeping your tracking number and any other shipping details on hand, as they will be required to complete your claim.

Your order will generally be completed within 24 hrs. Regarding delivery, your order should arrive within 3-6 business days (Delays might be longer than usual due to high demand during the holidays).

RETURNS
1- If you wish to return any product bought online at srxproducts.com, you have 30 days after reception of your product.
2- Every product wished to be returned must be in its original packaging and must be unused.
3- Please be aware that every client is responsible to return his/hers package (product) at their own fees. We do not provide any prepaid return labels.
4- When returning your product, please let us know your requirements regarding your return either by writing a note into the package itself or via email. We will generally proceed your return 48-72 hrs after receiving it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange and/or return a product purchased at an event such as a Sport festival, local functional training competition, etc.
